Bayside Estates

A Premier 55+ Gulf-Access, Boating Community Offering Residents a Vibrant Lifestyle with Amenities Set in an Aesthetically Pleasing Setting.

Bayside Estates is a manufactured home subdivision.  What does that mean?  We are just like any subdivision, we own our homes and lots and can sell them ourselves or through a realtor.  Our streets are maintained by Lee County as is any county road.

This is a “Resident Owned”, “Deed Restricted”, “Fifty-Five (55) and Older” community.  We have a nine-member board of directors who are elected by the homeowners to conduct business of the corporation.

Bayside Estates has eleven (11) streets in the community.  The park is serviced by the Lee County sewer system (there are no septic tanks), and local utilities.  All but two (2) of the streets have canals with direct access to the back bay and the Gulf of Mexico.  At the end of the Stevens Boulevard is a double boat lift to transport both small (5,000 lbs.) and 25 feet and large (10,000 lbs.) and 27 feet, from fresh water canals to the sea water canals.

Quarterly HOA fees: $650.00

One-time Capital Contribution fee: $2,600.00
